1. Our Promise
At uprental.in, we prioritise your emotional well‑being and satisfaction. If you need to cancel or modify a booking, we'll handle it with absolute discretion and no hard feelings. Your comfort is everything.
2. Cancellation Eligibility
You can cancel a booking without any charge if you inform us at least 4 hours before the scheduled meeting time. Last‑minute cancellations may incur a partial charge to compensate the companion.
3. How to Cancel
Simply reach out via WhatsApp, Telegram, or the booking form mentioning your booking reference or registered phone number. We'll confirm the cancellation instantly.

4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed according to the following timeline:
- Cancellation > 4 hours before → Full refund (if payment was made) or cancellation of the pending bill.
- Cancellation within 2‑4 hours → 50% refund or 50% waiver of the booking fee.
- No‑show or cancellation < 2 hours → No refund. However, we may offer a credit for a future booking as a goodwill gesture.
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5‑7 business days. If you paid via UPI or bank transfer, we'll ask for your details to process the refund safely.
5. Rescheduling
Life is unpredictable. You can reschedule your companion up to 2 hours before the meeting at no extra cost. Just contact us, and we'll find a new slot that works for you.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand emergencies. If the cancellation is due to a genuine personal crisis (medical, accident, family emergency), reach out — we'll waive charges entirely. You matter more than a policy.
7. Companion‑Initiated Cancellation
In the rare event that a booked companion cannot make it due to unforeseen reasons, we will immediately offer a replacement of equal or better profile at the same rate, or provide a full refund — your choice.
