These terms govern the use of uprental.in's male companion services. By booking a companion or accessing our website, you agree to these conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using uprental.in, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Our Services

uprental.in provides a platform for individuals to hire male companions for emotional support, travel, massage, and social gatherings. Our services are strictly companionship‑based and do not include any unlawful activities. All companions are verified professionals trained in emotional care and social etiquette.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
• By booking, you confirm that you are capable of entering into a legally binding contract.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.

4. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after payment (if applicable) and a confirmation message via WhatsApp or Telegram. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Payments are processed securely through encrypted gateways. Your billing will appear under a neutral descriptor to maintain discretion. For more details, see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation rules are as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short: cancellations made at least 4 hours prior to the booking are fully refunded; shorter notice incurs partial or no refund. We handle each case with fairness.

6. Client Conduct & Responsibilities

You agree to treat all companions with respect and dignity. Any form of harassment, abuse, or illegal request will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund and possible reporting to authorities. You are responsible for your own safety and property during the meeting.

7. Privacy & Discretion

We take your privacy with utmost seriousness. Our full practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. In summary: all data is encrypted, payment records are neutral, and companions sign NDAs. We never share your personal information with third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on uprental.in, including text, images, logos, and code, is the property of uprental.in and protected by Indian copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any material without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

uprental.in acts solely as a facilitator for companionship services. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our platform, except as required by law. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific companion.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
